Congratulations Jaqueline Major! Jackie celebrates 25 years with us Today. January 16, 2020. Prior to January 16,1995, she also worked with us as a co-op student from Tagwi High School! SNOW DRIFT ALERT My son Jean-Guy,( an HVAC tech in Ottawa) reminded us of something important: Make sure your breather intakes are free from snow drifts. Gas applicances need to breathe! If they don't, they will cycle: on for a few minutes...off for many minutes...cold house! Also, if you have a gas power generator, make sure it is also breathing. Brian Poirier from Casey Mechanical reminded me last week to ensure our unit is breathing property... they have vents on both short sides. Better safe than sorry!

We would love your opinion: We have a new design featuring a staircase that can also be seen from a hallway. We can put an Internal Window or and Guardrail. The guardrail offer a larger view and the Window offers you better sound control. Which do you prefer?
