This past week we have continued on our Oshawa project. With this amount of detail on a roof, we’re very happy to have a dedicated crew that can deliver quality work. Thank you team, all your hard work is appreciated.

We recently continued working on our Bathurst Street Project. We installed two layers of base insulation, a fully tapered insulation, a reinforcement board and mopped down our base sheet in hot asphalt. Stay tuned for more pictures of the complete project with the cap sheet membrane.

This is a retirement home in construction in Oshawa. With over 35,000 square feet of roofing, we’re just getting started. A lot of planning and preparation goes into this project and our client appreciates us being there for them once again. Stay tuned for more pictures of the main roof.

A project we took from start to finish in just a few days. A complete roof removal followed by a vapour barrier install, rigid roof insulation, asphalt board, and a 2 ply torch on membrane.

Fall has just started and we’re working hard! This a complete tear off we’re working on downtown Toronto. We removed the existing roof and the parapet walls. We followed by torching down a vapour barrier to the concrete decking. Soon we will continue by building up the parapet walls to allow for the new insulation thickness. We will install a fully tapered insulation to allow proper drainage. Stay tuned for follow ups on this project.
