#MennoniteHeritageVillage is excited to have its Senior Curator, Andrea Klassen, be a part of the Mennonite Historic Arts Committee, which has just released its... first book, Mennonite Village Photography: Views from Manitoba 1890-1940. The MHAC (see group photos) launched the book and opened the accompanying exhibit (see photos) at Gallery in the Park in Altona, Manitoba last Thursday. Glass negatives from photographer Johann E. Funk, which belong to the artefact collection at MHV, are featured in the book alongside photographers Peter H. Klippenstein, Peter G. Hamm, and Heinrich D. Fast.
