Between all the free time we have these days to grind, work, and get ahead, it is also important to take the time to rest and relax We have the rare opportunity to be able to decide when it might be time for a recharge day and to actually be able to take it right then and there So keep up the grind, but also allow yourself to take a day to do absolutely nothing and enjoy every second of it. This will allow you to go back to work the next day feeling refreshed, strong and motivated.
