Self-care doesn't have to be complicated. Find that song that speaks to you and makes you want to dance and put it on repeat.

Today is World AIDS Day around the world and in my community. Saskatchewan continues to have the highest rates in Canada, at over 2 times the national average.... We have to do more and we have to do it better. I continue to find hope in the people I see working in my community. The people who dedicate their days to supporting people, providing care, giving rides, finding houses, getting food, making appointments. The care and compassion they show gives me hope. I find hope in people living with HIV, who are leading the rest of us forward. The resilience and strength to move forward can be unmatched at times Please take some time today to remember those no longer with us. Take some time to remember their lives. www.skhiv.ca https://www.cdnaids.ca

Please join us on December 6th as we remember the 14 women who were killed in Montreal 31 years ago. Gender based violence continues today and we are all responsible in educating ourselves, speaking out against all violence and listening to survivors.

My name is Erin and the Mental Health Capacity Building team was nominated for the Leadership challenge. I believe we are ALL responsible in the prevention and elimination of violence. It is something we need to practice each day. First off, I nominate the remainder of my team, Bre How and Nikki Angeline and my second nomination goes out to Renee Sperling from Big Brothers Big Sisters of The Battlefords #AllOfUs #SVPW2020 stopstoviolence.com. Thanks for the nomination Catholic Family Services of the Battlefords inc.
