A beautiful poem I thought was perfect for anyone that's feeling low or depressed hope it helps someone xx

Count down is on, only two weeks left and we are extremely grateful for all of the continued support and donations that we have received. We still have a few families to go though. Whether you are able to support a family on your own, go in with some co-workers or even sending a few canned goods to add to the food hampers that are being made for each family. There is no donation too small and all donations are helpful.

Courtney’s nephew Kaeden wrote this for a school assignment where he had to write to someone in heaven. It both breaks my heart they can’t ride together anymore and fills it that Kaeden remembers good times with Tristan.
