It has been a devastating year for the events industry along with many others. Moving forward is not easy when everything you built feels lost. We are bruised and battered, yet optimistic for a better future. Incredibly grateful to be part of the ILEA Vancouver community!

Events are slowly coming back to life. With this, developing an event or conference comes with more stress and anxiety than ever before. Health & safety measures are highly regulated and constantly evolving, while the complexity of hybrid events add even more pressure onto an already stressful process. Have no fear! We help make the process easier. The increasing list of items to consider don’t need to bog you down and tax your resources. We help our clients stay informed, develop the right protocols, and navigate this new highly complex time. Put your mind at ease and gain a support system that will ensure the best outcome for your event Email [email protected] Consultations are always complimentary!

Big groups of people create an energy that makes large events exciting simply because of their size. While large events are not allowed it may be tempting to shy away from events believing a smaller event won’t be as much fun or exciting. We assure you that’s not the case! Intimacy brings freedom, opening up the door to many creative possibilities, unique spaces, talent, and opportunities for memorable inclusions that may not have worked at a larger event. Smaller events also... provide the opportunity to try out new ideas such as going #hybrid! Include live streaming for guests who’d rather enjoy the comfort of their own homes - satisfying both the extroverts and introverts in your group. We work with you through all the details and possibilities helping to create inclusive, accessible, and innovative events that go beyond expectations. Contact us at [email protected] See more
Juneteenth: We hope to see you at the march today
CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS: A freedom march is being planned for Friday, June 19th. Volunteers with experience in events, security, first aid and crowd control are needed. If you don’t have experience in these areas and still want to help, that’s ok too. There are many roles to fill. Please reach out! #bethechange
From small intimate gatherings to large events, we are here to help. Allowing for sufficient planning and production time is the best way to achieve event success. It’s even more important during this time. Covid-19 has resulted in venue spaces being in demand for 2021 and 2022, with limited spaces available this year, new regulations and lots of uncertainty. We help clients secure venue spaces, define budgets, understand the new procedures in place and build out contingency plans alleviating the stress of events; allowing clients to focus on other priorities. Contact us for help rescheduling or developing your event. Start the process today! #eventservices We happily provide free consultations #talktoanexpert
One of the most important types of events is held with little to no funding, is often unsanctioned, and has the power to make a profound impact - protests. Attend today Friday, June 5th at 4pm to support the black community ______ How to be safe *Tell someone where you are going ... *Wear a mask ***If people are not wearing a mask, be respectful. They may be afraid to wear a mask for fear of being targeted *Maintain physical distancing guidelines, stand 2m (6ft) apart *Sanitize your hands regularly *Practice peace, understanding, and compassion ______ #strongertogether See more
We have experienced racism first hand. The degree to which racism still exists is both appalling and heart wrenching. We stand in solidarity with #BlackLivesMatters #blackouttuesday #blackisbeautiful
