There were a lot of occasions yesterday, and I didn't want to miss out on my opportunity to celebrate World Yoga Day! I feel truly blessed, fortunate and lucky to have been introduced into the Blissology Yoga Community. It's not just about the yoga. It's so much more than that. It's about community, connection and nature and I couldn't have found a better opportunity to learn, connect and grow if I tried. The people that I've met and the experiences that I've had in the past ...year are a direct result of hopping on a chance to take a course with a friend (thank you for the invitation Tara!). I'm so grateful everyday that I listened too the YES inside of myself that day. Yoga heals. Yoga moves old energy through you. Yoga clears my mind and my soul and I can't imagine a life without this beautiful ancient tool. Thank you Yoga, Thank you Eoin & Insiya, Thank you to every Blissologist out there in this big beautiful crazy painful blindingly beautiful world. <3 I've now completed my 200 hr YTT and plan to continue my learning to become a 500 hour Blissology Yoga Teacher! I have finally achieved a goal that I've had since I was 18. After my very first (in person) yoga class in a Lady Fitness in Campbell River, I vowed that one day I would learn how to share what I felt that day with others. Last night's Flower Moon was something to behold. We sat and waited for it. Almost ready to give up and then almost like liquid red fire, it crept up over the h...orizon and captivated us while it rose behind Denman Island. Always worth the chill and the wait. Mother Nature always blows my mind <3

If we've learned anything in the recents weeks, it's that we are all the same on the inside. We all value our family (Ohana) and friends. And we all just want to be safe, healthy, loved and connected. No matter who we look like on the outside, we are all more similar than we often acknowledge. I'm sending you all wishes for a Happy Easter <3 May you be surrounded by loved ones or at least connected by a phone call, a text or a FaceTime xo... Love is all that matters.
