My favourite part of in-home newborn sessions is how the background is your home. The house where you first brought your baby home to. Using the blankets that you wrap your baby in everyday. Photographs are taken in the house where your baby will one day remember as home. There is so much heart in your home and you can see it in the photos. One hesistation many new parents have is that they don't want to have to clean the whole house when they have just had... a new baby. And I say, don't worry about mess!! I have four kids. I understand. Sessions take place outside, against a simple black background and will adhere to social-distancing guidelines. * Each session lasts 15 minutes and takes place in Bradford, Ontario. The cost is $50 and includes a your choice of one high-resolution image. Additional images may be purchased separately. Print products (such as wallet-size and gift prints...) are also available. Sometimes we need to get creative during an in-home newborn session. The best natural light may be in one room but a great background may be in another. For this image, we grabbed the duvet off of the bed in the master bedroom and brought it to where the light was better. Baby was all wrapped and ready.
