While this is not me cupping (hope to post a video) I want to get the information out. Cupping is an ancient technique that uses negative pressure by suctioning and lifting the tissue. I do not do scraping as seen in this clip but I do offer cupping with movement. It can decrease inflammation, increases ROM, and reduces tension in muscles. If you have questions please reach out!!
