Canadians want fairness when it comes to bidding on taxpayer-funded construction work!

A new poll, released by Merit Canada, shows that 88% of Canadians surveyed support giving all construction companies a fair chance to land taxpayer-funded work, regardless of how their workforce is organized. With governments turning their focus to building infrastructure as a way to restart their economies after the COVID-19 shutdown, Merit Canada asked Canadians if governments should give all construction companies a fair chance to bid on taxpayer-funded work, not just co...mpanies with unionized employees.
