First off let's all remember Remembrance Day.

Good morning. I had planned to do a video yesterday, but the day for away from me. Too much to do. So here’s a pic of my out carrot.

Well, first off TGIF!! And then I have been so busy I have no bread in my deep freeze and that is not a good thing when you are a bread maker!! So I raced home from work, fired up the KitchenAid stand mixer and mixed up a batch of bread. Now for the good part. Made myself a marinara pizza with homemade tomato sauce. So good! Only thing missing was fresh basil. Reminds me of when we were in Italy. We ate this pizza so often.

Well I wasn’t sure how that big green tomato was going to turn out, but it ripened up pretty damn good and it is tasty as well. All 555 grams of it.
