Merridale's Cowichan Spiced Rhumb was awarded Best in Class in the 2020 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition! If you haven't tried it yet, it has a Caribbean spice profile with Vanilla notes and a lovely deep amber colour. Made from 100% BC Honey that is caramelized, then fermented, then distilled slowly in our small batch copper still. Our new winter seasonal hits shelves across the Island this week! Cherried Away is a semi-dry English-style cider with a good balance of body, fruitiness and tannins carried forward with a touch of cherry juice.

The theme of this weekend's fresh sheet is "Island Escape". We're bringing flavours of the Caribbean to our slightly less tropical Island. Served Fri -Sat 4pm to 8pm. .
