Good evening, We realize that many students are disappointed they can not make it to class. We are trying to keep everyone active from home so are excited to try tomorrow live classes through Facebook. We ask that you join our new Facebook group Indomitable Spirit TKD foundation ... @ISTKDF From this page join the group (it is a private group so click on it and ask to join) IS TKD live class We will have a live class from 5:30-6:20 for Little dragons; then a live class from 6:30-7:20 for all students 7+. On this private page we will try to do some challenges and fun posts! Please bare with us as doing everything virtual will be new to us. Please note that our Lethbridge classes will remain open; and will be open the following times: Monday LD 5:30-6:20; FK 6:30-7:20 Tuesday’s LD 5:30-6:20; FK 6:30-7:20 Wednesday’s 6:30-7:20 Thursdays 6:30-7:20 Due to small class sizes students can train on all days if they wish to; LD on Monday’s and Tuesdays only. In efforts to keep our members safe we ask that if you are sick or have a fever please stay home. Please disinfect upon arrival to the facility; we will not be doing self defence, touching of hands, or any hand to hand contact in our activities. We ask that parents drop off kids and we will not be having parent viewing during classes. We will have students disinfect when leaving the facility as well. We will be wiping all equipment (kick shields, punch pads) prior and after use. We will continue to clean our Matt’s with medical grade cleaner. Our members do have our zen planner app; from this app you can access your Belt required content so we encourage all members to refer to these. We will be uploading videos for our little dragons sections in the next few days. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. Good evening MUTKD members In light of the most recent updates from the Alberta government in regards to Covid-19 MUTKD will be taking the following steps. All Taber classes will be closed; I have contacted Dr Hammans school principal and she has advised that all school rentals are suspended throughout Alberta. We will finish off the remainder of the semester at our Lethbridge facility. Little dragons classes will be on Tuesdays 5:30-6:20pm, All other Taber classes will be on... Tuesday and Thursdays 6:30-7:20pm. We have decided to merge MUTKD into the not f...or profit and updating the not for profits name to Indomitable Spirit Taekwon-Do Foundation. We will be offering all the same classes and hopefully opening more services to our members. Starting in March we will be accepting registration under the new name. It’s official! The information for our Shadow Warrior Invitational Tournament has been sent out! Put March 21st on your calendars, we will need all hands on deck to help out.
