Why use a hair mask? Your hair system goes through a lot before it ever makes it to your head, They are chemically treated to remove all DNA and colour then need to be recoloured and may even get a perm and colour before they go on your head. That’s a lot. The protective layer is almost completely stripped and as such they can lose moisture and colour quicker than we are used too. This is why it is so important to treat our hair systems to a little love. Did you know that hair systems are actually coloured with template dye, not hair colour? This is the same type of pigment that is used for clothing or furniture.
