It has appointed a very qualified Advisory Panel to carry out the review and to receive public input. The Chair of the Local Education Committee of Fair Vote Canada Victoria and two Fair Vote Canada presenters will be on hand to share their perspectives, and actual data, on Proportional Representation. Bring your questions and comments. The referendum on Proportional Representation will likely be a mail-in ballot during Fall 2018. The timing of this referendum may overlap with the Municipal Elections on Saturday, October 20, 2018.
