If you prefer to stick to a manual toothbrush make sure you are using one with soft bristles and don't apply too much pressure when brushing.... What about toothpaste and mouthwash? What type do you use? There are so many options out in the market. Ask us at your next dental cleaning which toothpaste we recommend for you. When it comes to mouthwash make sure it's alcohol-free! We recommend you try to eat at once without extending your snacks or meals for hours. ... The same goes for drinking anything other than water.
