Bathroom 2 finished. Had to modify bottom drawer to accommodate the sink drain.

Something from 8 yrs ago. Floor to ceiling tile in the washrooms . This is common in many countries.

I use leveling clips . The expense of which is covered by the service call fee. I invest in tools that help reach perfection. I'm not perfect, but I strive for it.

Took out microwave and put backslash to cover drywall

Skim coated the ceiling to get rid of texture. Painted (new floors by client) crown mouldings and a custom built AV unit. Unique job with a great result. We hid the speakers behind speaker cloth. Nice and tidy with tons of storage.

Some faux wood tiles behind TV. That will reflect the sound! And a different style on either side of the bar. No grout lines.

Just replaced the posts and top and bottom rungs. Re used the 1"6" panels. Rail ties on the bottom to raise the fence to compensate for lost height due to trimming rot of slats. $600 with materials.

Took out a bay window, installed a backslash and bathroom shower and floor. Removed a wall from kitchen to open it up (I do that allot)

Old closed in kitchen turned into an open "big room" I open allot of these old kitchens up.
