I don't like using lingo, but here's one term that is super important in Real Estate... its called Average Days On Market (ADOM or DOM). It is an important indicator in the real estate world. It's calculated by dividing the total days on the market for all listings in a given area by the number of listings. These stats vary wildly from community to community.
