They are all preservative and gluten free mixes with the cure for smoking in a separate package in the vacuum bag. Both will do 20 pounds( some do 25 pounds) of your favorite meat combination and are very tasty as well with wild game and beef or pork. Each will be bagged and vacuum packed to keep them fresh for a long time. They are $12 each plus shipping for a total of $20 via Canada Post or can be picked up in Naicam, Sk.. All is vacuum packed to your wishes and smoked with my own hardwood blend of chips. I use top quality pork(inspected meat) to make this and many more products. Smoked Chickens and Turkeys from Met's smokehouse. Available in 5 flavours - Maple, Mountain Man Bourbon, Honey Pecan, Whiskey JD, and Mesquite Chipotle. All smoked with their own wood as the name implies. Tasty and moist for a special meal.
