Completed another part of TRE training (tension + trauma releasing exercises) this weekend. We tremored together, practiced interventions for states of Fight/Flight, Freeze and Dissociation, held grounded space within ourselves and for each other, and studied more Polyvagal Theory. If you don’t feel ready for or can’t resume in-person care yet, please know deep experiences and support are possible remotely.
