Another week and some nicer weather. Hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend. Here are another couple of pictures, a pontoon boat we gave some cosmetic attention to. We recovered the seating, and laid in some vinyl flooring, Have a great week all!

We've been a bit busy over the past couple of weeks and I haven't had time to share with you all. Heres a couple things that have travelled through since I posted last. First is set of custom bucket seats that we actually redesigned to look the way the customer wanted. Below are pictures of a customers truck we rebuilt the metal on the rockers and cab corners and painted her up a snazzy new color. Hope you are all doing well and enjoying the sun we are finally getting!

Another couple of weeks since we posted anything. With the sun comes the toys! We have a sweet Chevelle getting some interior work and just finished the first boat top for this spring. Enjoy the sunshine everyone, active and busy is healthy.

Well hello all, its been a couple of weeks since we shared anything. Kind of strange times all over, i hope all of you are doing well, staying healthy. We have taken the opportunity to get a few things done through all this virus time, as we have little to no social contact at the shop. That said, here are the couple things that we managed to get done and delivered over the time since we last posted. For those of you watching progress on the 56 bel air, here are the finished pictures we took. On top of that, we put a 67 Chevelle through for some fresh colour. Hope you all enjoy!

Its Thursday, one day closer to the weekend. On the road in Clinton today to install a headliner in a 68 firebird. Another very nice car, just coming to the finish of a complete restoration, James does very nice work. I will post some pics of the finished car in the future.

A busy Tuesday, we have taken the interior out of the 56 and are getting started rebuilding. We have the front door panels on the bench. Thought you all may want a look at the process. Below are a picture of the original panel as it came off the car, the new panel board just cut and fit, and a picture of what we are going to make them look like. Hope you enjoy, we will continue posting the progress.

We've been busy getting the upholstery side of the shop setup. We have rolled the first classic car in for a complete custom interior, a nice 56 chev. We will post pictures as the pieces are being done and try to show all of you out there, how this go's.

Another Friday, we made it everyone! As we haven't posted a lot of residential upholstery pictures, today we had some dining room chairs get finished up. These are redone in a newer product and feel as nice as they look. In the pictures you will see the original seat cushion, then one of them naked, and a shot of the guts after rebuild. We rewebbed these pieces, the webbing acts as the spring in a lot of seating applications. Lastly a finished picture with the seat refastened on the chair. We are just about fully set up on the upholstery side of the shop now, just building a third table with a second sewing station. We will be ready to go when the summer toys and boats come out! A little bonus shot of our furry staff, Wesley!

Did your new quad come with a cup holder? Probably not, this is something we were asked about fixing, and heres our answer. We call it a fender bag, its water proof, comes in 12 different colours. Along with the cup holder we've added a cell phone / gps pocket and a zippered storage compartment, enough to carry lunch, a second drink and then some. These attach to the front rack with dual Velcro adjustable straps on top and two snap fasteners at base of the front fender. We've put this design through a year of testing, it works! We design and fabricate bags for all purposes, even if it hasn't been done before.

Custom upholstery? We define custom as stepping away from original and doing it our own way or you the customers way, an artful, personal touch. In this line of work it can be applied to just about anything to give your piece a completely "one off" look and personalize it as your own. Here's a look at a 1968 mustang bucket seat in its original look on the left and customized to match the car, add comfort without taking away from the original mustang bucket look. We always enjoy feedback, we would love to hear from all of you, is it the original or custom look that turns your head?
