After 22 days sold conditional on the sale of the purchasers property, 238 Bell street is now sold firm. At $710,000 we outdid all the realtors that called me nuts, and that sent in offers as low as $660,000 trying to get me to convince my clients that’s all it was worth. That’s all it was worth to them as they wanted to tear it down, but we found incredible people that loved the home. That’s all it takes, patience and knowing the true value. I don’t post much on social media, but seeing as this was an interesting sale and a triumphant one for my clients it felt right .

I don't post much on Social Media, so quick update for the past month. Sold 363 Hobbs Cres, Milton "Over asking" (such a special saying these days) at $605,000.00 also sold 5593 Trafalgar Road, Erin at $1,300,000 - both clients couldn't be happier. The market has slowed a bit since the new regulation changes announcement but I don't expect that to last too long or impact the market nearly as much as the government is hoping. 235 Bronte St unit 59 Price will be listed in the 400s but expecting to sell in the 500s - gotta love the current market... will be coming up for sale this Friday Open houses Saturday & Sunday 2-4pm.
