Mental health issues related to our lockdown and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression and other mental health disorders. CMHA, The Canadian Mental Health Association, has a 24-hour helpline: 1-833 456-4566. The relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020. Team Care is providing free addiction counselling as well as a 5 week OTR outpatient addiction program: 519-250-5524 Now, I’m asking my small corner of FB to follow suit: Could any two of my Facebook friends just copy and repost to share the helpline far and wide?
