They always tell me: "Nobody's workin' as hard as you" And even though I laugh it off, man, it's probably true #ifyoudontgrindyoudontshine
When I gave Marcel a tour of the community & the MH100 program he was inspired to make a change. Marcel has stepped out as a community leader, not only supporting our program financially but has made a direct impact by providing MH100 youth with employment. Marcel is the owner of the Canadian tire located in west Windsor and we will be having a few events during the year to support jumpstart @ctjumpstart. @ Windsor, Ontario

S/o to all my clients that support MH100. Not only are they getting fit but they are also contributing to the youth program as part of their membership fees go towards helping purchase a new pair of shoes for a youth. All my clients that missed today’s workout and picture u know who you are. #MH100 #community #greatness @ Windsor, Ontario
I’m very proud to have my niece, Rebecca Hagos @thescholashipcoach an MH100 program alumni come in to speak to our youth tomorrow. Rebecca received over $100 000+ in scholarships, she’s traveled the world (including the Arctic!) and is active in her community. The MH 100 program has helped countless youth receive athletic scholarships, but Rebecca’s story is an example of how this program shapes leaders to achieve success beyond sports. Young people need to know that this is... within reach! You don’t have to be an all star athlete to do big things! But you do need hard work, discipline and mentor ship! Shoutout to Rebecca for coming back to the program to help more young folks succeed! Most people don’t understand that before the MH100 teen program Youth from Glengarry were going to jail, selling crack and dying. All we did at the MH100 program is give them a chance to be great. #blackexcellence #MH100teenprogram #changethehood See more
