MHC is grateful for the support of community partners like Medicine Hat Sunrise Rotary Club, who fund an annual scholarship dedicated to single parents. Thank you, Sunrise Rotary Club, for your past and ongoing support!

MHC Holiday Closure: Most operations at Medicine Hat College will be unavailable as of Monday, Dec. 21, including public-facing services. Students are still able to attend any scheduled classes. The college will re-open to students, employees, and contractors on Monday, Jan. 4, 2021.

The Prevent the Spill campaign, led by MHC’s business administration and art and design students, set out to end period poverty in our community by collecting menstruation products for the Medicine Hat and District Food Bank. This year, the campaign raised a total of 14,180 lbs of products, exceeding last year’s total of 13,745 lbs! Not only did they reach their goal of collecting over 14,000 lbs, the campaign has provided the Food Bank with another full year’s supply of products as well as put products into local schools, and made the Top 5 Donors list for the 2020 CHAT Food Drive!
