Hi Friends. ANNOUNCEMENT & UPDATE. As "some" of you that follow me know, Ebbs & Flows, has been back to a seasonal business the last few years, at the East Hant...s address of 7940 Highway 215 in Selma. As "everyone" is aware, due to us all facing a similar situation come March 14th, I was not able to reopen at my usual May date due to Covid. Some of you also know, that I was also then faced with another tragedy shortly after this, at Ebbs and Flows, of a three day wind / tornado like storm that took the shingles and paper off the roof of the home / business. 8 weeks of 5 hr round trips and 10 hr + working days each time to ameliorate my own damages before the insurance co. then started the tear out of 75% of the home. "10 weeks later". Fun, fun, fun ?? The good news is...they have started...the bad news...no idea how long they will take, but I am working on getting a deadline from them. So, I'm hoping on having some more news to share as the weeks go on. Due to the way things have changed with us all I may be back to by appointment only, and also by online auction, & or also mail order. Hi everyone... I don't usually post too much about my other businesses here, and most of you know already that I own and operate as a seasonal business in various places in the province at times with my shop called Ebbs & Flows Antiques, Vintage Retro and New Collectibles off and on in this area in NS since 2003. I have operated this shop in Selma, Maitland, Bridgetown, Bear River, and then back in Selma for the 2018, / 19 season. Due to the current situation, I have not bee...n able to reopen, and the property there is for sale again, so I'm in final process of relocating the inventory. Depending on how long all this recent change for us all progresses, I may consider an online auction at some point in near future, as a means of disposing of my inventory. Some of you therefore also know, that I also run my own Independent Consultant Scentsy Business as well, full time, and I'm happy to say that today is my 1 year anniversary of my beginning that latest great adventure. The big majority of this business is done through online sales on my website by my customers without me having to do much for them because they are already savvy online shoppers very familiar with my website, and products and how to order, from having purchased before, or from having a previous consultant that retired and they were looking for a great new one, and even they on occasion, like me to place their orders for them, which i am happy to do. my customers also love that I can set up online personal shopping experiences for them, friends, family, co workers etc, which can earn them free and half price products.
