I am please and happy to announce that Michelle Schneider will be back at work Friday Nov.6. She has openings Friday at 5:30 and 7pm, Saturday at 9, 10:30, 12:30 & 2. The shop will be closed on Wed Nov.11 for Remembrance Day. Please remember all those who gave there lives so that we could be who we are. If we forget our past what kind of future will we have?

Michelle Schneider will be off September 24, 2020 and tentatively back on October 13, 2020. There will be no evening or Saturday appointments while she is gone.

The Labour Day weekend is upon us. If you are wishing to book a massage for tomorrow please do it by close of today. Michelle Schneider is working Sat. but only if she has bookings. As of noon today the Phase 2 got a reopen date of Friday June 12. Thats this Friday. But I have chose not to open til Monday June 15. I am booked now so feel free to text my cell to book 403-502-2354. I will only be doing 3 many 4 per day for awhile. FYI Monday is already booked.

They is alot of talk out there right now about the Phase 2 opening. We will not know for sure until the beginning of next week what the government will allow. Some are saying June 12 others the 15th and yet the government has said June 19. I know everyone one is eager to resume there normal lives but remember if you are sick stay home. Im in need of a massage just like you are so know this I will not be over working or taking more clients in a day than I can physically do. I will not make myself sick just because you want a massage. With the new protocols I am only able to do 4-5 a day and thats not taking into account that my body my only be able to handle 3-4 a day for the first couple weeks. As I recieved more information so will you.

I have been getting lots of calls and texts asking when I will be open because they heard that massage could open. Well massage can open in Saskatchewan and Manitoba but not Alberta. I am busy getting all the protocols in place for the reopening. So keep am eye out as I will be Posting the return to work date as soon as I get an actual date. I will also change the message on the phone and text those that I am able to text. You will have to be patient because of the protocols it takes more time to clean and sanitize now. If you have your own mask you are encouraged to wear it. Stay well and we will see you soon.

I hope you are all practicing Social distancing. We all complain about not having down time and here we are with down time now and all we do is complain.Use this time to finish things around your home that you havent had time to. Take a long hot epsom salt bath or baking soda and relax. Stress has an effect on our immune system as well. Read a good book, magazine or manual for that matter. Help others if you are able keeping a safe distance. We are all in this together. And we will get through it!

I have a massage therapy student doing her practicum from the shop. She is attending Alberta College of Massage Therapy in Calgary. The following are the days she is in the shop. Feb.14 & 25, March 26, April 3 & 13, May 6, 14, 22& 29. She works 9-2 but may be able to work later if available. She can NOT write receipts for the massage as she is still a student and is not accredited through an Association. Her fees are as follows: 1/2 hour massage 15.00, 1 hour massage 30.00. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

It is December 20th and all is well.You still have a couple days to get the last minute Gift Certificate. The shop is open these times from now til New Years. The first at Craven was quiet but it has been busy Friday, Saturday.

The cold has got the better of most of us and we will be glad when it warms up. There is an up side though, and that is that even if it doesnt kill all the bugs out there its to cold for people to go out. So if you are sick, tired and sore stay home and get better. A wise person told that you have take time to heal and feel better because no one can do it for you.

Was in Calgary on the weekend for a course Put on by Bio Flex Laser Therapy. It really got my brain working.
