Wax donations are always appreciated. Examples include wax meant for warmers ("scentsy", etc); a decorative candle you don't like or has been broken; used candles in jars that the wick has burned up in + wax left from used tealights; or the used wax remains from wax-pots in electric or tea-candle lit warmers. Or, for a tip to candle lovers: use wax meant for warmers to give some extra-burning hours to your candle wick. Remember: the wick is only needed to soak the wax up; it is the candle wax that burns, releasing pleasant scents. If wax is added - dont add Too Much, it will over-flow the wax-pool - the wick will pull up the wax & stays at pretty well the same length. The wick burns functionally like a traditional oil-lamp does, so adding extra wax can help a candle live a little longer. If your candle does become overwhelmed by wax, it puts itself out. If the wax has solidified, simply relight. If not, turn the candle to drain some wax off & relight.
