A little bit of shelf action today. We made the shelves to match the treads on the stairs we build for this place, to keep the look similar throughout the house.

One of the first jobs we posted on IG. Still in love the look of these massive hickory treads. It was a huge learning experience, but well worth the results. Lesson for next time: maybe avoid doing solid hardwood core box treads, and solid maple stringers... things get a little heavy.
