PSA re: radiant (water) heating. The pipes that carry the water from the boiler to the other parts of your house are often wrapped in insulation. The elbow joints were often (if not always) covered with an asbestos mixture that should not be disturbed. You will notice that someone has scraped some of it off but a decent amount remains. Leave this up to a professional remediation company as asbestos can be very harmful if breathed in. When in doubt, seek an opinion. ... This is typically the year of fabrication and should give you a general sense of the windows age.
