:: Technology Advice :: -- Keeping The Important Stuff Safe -- It amazes me continually how often people come across my path asking for computer/technology advice and when I always lead with the question "Do you have a current backup of your important stuff?" more often than not I get the "I don't know" look ...... This is not a criticism or a slight at all but what it does is highlight how perilously close many people are to a complete meltdown because there's been a crash of some sort and their important documents, pictures and emails are, in an instant, just gone and not recoverable ... As you head into Fall, which is typically a time of cleaning and sorting and "starting new" why not stop and ask yourself this question while things are going well!
