Consistency is only as hard as we make it. We try to make it easy for you by running Fresh Air Fit Camp all year round (with the exception of a few summer smoke outs!). Sharing for one of our favourite crews: Alright...its looking like its going to be time to skate soon! We are going to start off this season with what we hope will be a yearly thing. We are holding a contest for young aspiring local talent to design a new logo (details to come in the next couple weeks) and are having a mini bottle drive to raise some funds. All proceeds will go to a cash prize for the best logo and towards new stickers with the new logo. DM us (here Fresh Air Fit Camp )if you have any empties kicking around you would like to part with and we can give you an address for drop off. And if your child is interested in designing a sticker, stay tuned for the announcement.

Exercise hardly seems like exercise when you're outside! Fresh Air Fit Camp is 30 minutes of body weight movements done outside with no equipment to wipe down (unless you want bring your yoga mat as we oftentimes work from the ground) and open to everyone. As part of controlled measures, classes will be capped at 10 people distanced 6 feet apart. We are also offering a discounted 10 session punch pass and drop in rates to encourage you to not come to classes if you feel sick ...during these times.
