I listened to a podcast, the other day, that inspired me to daily ... ask 3 purposeful questions.... These 3 questions will help shape your day and your state of being. This is important because ... your state of being causes thinking, which causes speaking, which causes doing, which puts in place the system to receive and experience what you created in your being and thinking. So ... here are the 3 questions: 1) How can I grow? 2) What can I give? 3) What can I celebrate? 1.) How can I grow? Self growth is a lifelong process. There are so many ways humans can grow ... but they all involve stepping outside of your comfort zone. Here are a few ideas: - Love yourself (one of the hardest) - Forgive - Discover new things - Stand your ground -Take responsibility for your actions - Learn a new subject Achieving your fullest potential comes through personal growth! 2.) What can I give? One of the greatest laws ... is the law of giving. Whatever energy you give will come back to you in an amazing way. Life is for giving. Give what you have --- time, money, smiles, love, compliments, anything ... And you will get back what you do not have! 3.) What can I celebrate? Celebrations actually boost our well-being ... and this is true for major milestones and daily wins alike. Celebrating is so important because it reflects an overall attitude of gratitude and ... enjoying what we have, instead of focusing on what we don't have. And gratitude makes us happier and healthier! That's a fact! CELEBRATE DAILY! So those are the 3 questions. I love them because of the promises they hold.
