This has been quite a week learning the new protocols for protecting the health of ourselves and our customers. We wish to thank you for your patience as we work out the bugs in our new reality of conducting business in the future. We continue to send and receive products from our customers but with a few changes to our procedures. If you wish to pick up your sails or canvas work we ask you call in advance so we have time to get it ready. We have restricted access to o...ur work areas for employees only, and we have made accommodations for our customers to be served in the entry way of the loft. We also ask that if you wish to drop off any items for repair that you remain in the entry way , kindly ring the door bell and we will be there right away to assist you. We are maintaining our regular loft hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:00) and will let you know if that will need to change. Thank you for your support and the opportunity to continue doing business for the boating community. Kindest regards, Michele and the loft crew! See more
