Makwa is a beautiful, gaited, 15yr old chestnut TWH. He is 15.3hh and has been ridden extensively as a trail horse. He crosses bridges and rivers and has been exposed to a lot over the years. He hauls great, has been camping and settles in well wherever he goes. Makwa has had a few years off and is just getting back in shape. He has been doing regular ring work for the last 3 months and is such a pleasure to work with on the ground and under saddle. He would do well with a confident intermediate rider who will take the time to rebuild his conditioning and make a real connection with him. Makwa will make someone very happy. In search of a new owner for Sage! Sage is a beautiful 14yr old Dutch Warmblood mare. She is 16.1 hh and has been in a lesson program with her retired owner for the last 8 months. She was purchased originally as a trail horse but has had some anxiety on the trail and does much better in the arena. Her owner is wanting to trail ride predominately and is sad to let her go but wants to find her a forever loving home. Sage is excellent for the farrier, great for hauling, tieing a...nd ground work. She is up to date with shots and dental work. She is steady walk/trot and is improving with a balanced canter transition but it still needs some work. She has a soft mouth, lovely back up, side pass and moves nicely off of your leg. Ready to start with contact and getting her more lifted and round. An excellent home is a must. For Sale: $5000.00 Grace is a beautiful 8yr old, 15.3hh grade paint mare that originally came from the Douglas Lake Ranch. She is a lovey mare that does very well when ridden with other horses, isn’t marish, ties, bathes and is good for the farrier. She is currently bare foot with solid feet and no issues. She was sold to her current owner as a bomb proof trail horse that is happy to go out on her own but she seems to gain confidence from other horses so she would do better ...in a home where she is ridden out with others until she is confident in her surroundings. She has been in training for the last two months and will continue in training until sold. She has been exposed to the flag and cattle and done very well, she also seems to have a very cadenced canter and cute jump that would do well in the hunter ring.
