Long post alert - but well worth the read Yes, we all know that debt cost us money, by way of interest, and can also prevent us from buying a home or that much-needed vehicle. But what we don't talk about is the toll it takes on us emotionally and physically. Often I find in my business the word "shame" gets thrown around a lot.
