EXTEND YOUR HIPS!!!! I have never had anyone walk through my door and say: Michelle, I want to crush the Pilates method. Seriously, I want you to take me from beginner to advanced on every piece of equipment and I also want to learn AND perfect the entire mat repertoire.... Hard. Never. What I ALWAYS hear is: I want to feel stronger after pregnancies. I’m tired of back pain. I’m far too young to have hip pain like this. I want to walk upright and feel strong and confident in my body. I don’t want MS to define me. I am tired of feeling like I’m going to break into a million pieces. I’m afraid of falling. I’m afraid I can’t get off the floor. Strength. Power. Confidence. That’s why people come. And it usually start by extending your hips. What’s your reason why?

I’M BACK!!! I didn’t realize how much Covid has impacted me until I left it for a few days. I never thought of myself as a person who suffers from anxiety or depression...for me and I’m sure for many others Covid has made all of our emotions ...bigger, and brighter.... Taking time away gave me time to reflect on all of the things I am truly grateful for...my family, and my friends. As I shifted my focus towards gratitude I then began to relax and enjoy the present moments. Vacation takeaway 2020: 1. BE GRATEFUL 2. BE PRESENT Thoughts?
