I’m getting a lot of DM’s about what a #pilatesreformer is! This image Is of my #homestudio Reformer. These were invented by Joseph Pilates in the early 19th Century to help victims of the war regain strength while in the hospital. It’s a bed like frame, with a moving carriage attached to the frame that rolls on wheels. The carriage can have varying levels of resistance springs added to it and those springs in conjunction with your body weight on the carriage provide your resistance for the exercises.
