I have seen a lot of ads for fake LEGO sites in the past few months and now TLG has issued some guidelines to help consumers spot them and avoid being scammed.

The massive Colosseum (10276) will be the largest LEGO set ever made. With 9,036 pieces it smashes the old record set by the UCS Millenium Falcon (75192) with 7,541 pieces. Even more impressive is the relatively low price point of $649.99 and if you purchase it on Black Friday weekend starting Nov 27, you will also get the Roman Chariot gift with purchase. When I first heard about this set I didn't think much of it, but now I'm reconsidering!
