Passive House is an international standard for energy efficient buildings where a house is so well insulated and air tight that it can function without a primary heating system. Come and learn about Passive Houses from Erik Olofsson (olofsson.ca) and Bryn Davidson (lanefab.com)

One of the key changes to our neighbourhoods is the inclusion of Laneway Houses throughout. Lanefab Design/Build is part of our Tour. Bryn Davidson from Lanefab will show us two laneway houses under construction and one completed single storey laneway home. Check out their website at Lanefab.com
