SSB 405lb pretty happy with this. Not a big squater so i will take it

Just found the JM press and its a love hate thing. Well be adding this to my bench day for sure. Triceps felt like they were going to catch on fire.

Good over head day. Hit a 270lb log and 225lb axle for 3. Things are moving in the right direction.

This came close to killing me. Its nice to be moving again. Lots of work to do but am having fun again.

A few run throughs very light weight but moving the body. Really love doing this before working on strength.
