Instead think about how you want to eat years from now... that’s how you should eat today Don’t expect fast results. What can be gained in years can’t be lost in weeks... Instead recognize that change takes time. Create a plan and see it through. Don’t become overly absorbed in the number on the scale! Sure, it’s a great way to measure progress but it isn’t the ONLY way. Put your energy into daily actions like hydration, sleep, movement, and portioning.
