Finally get to post another project that I made for class I dont know what it is with zombies but they seem to make everything so much more dramatic, especially when you throw in the lighting and camera shots. Hey guys, ... First and foremost, I am sorry that I have not been posting as often as I did (#MikeTalks + #Daily15 videos especially) - As you already know school has been taking up a ton of my time (6 Days a week) But has been a HUGE stepping stone in helping me develop my skills as a VFX artist and an overall filmmaker. With this long hiatus I wanted to share with you guys the projects that I have been currently working on as part of my journey at school :) This project is a MILESTONE to my VFX career, my very first 3D Animation using Houdini! I know it’s not perfect, but it’s hard to believe that I created this from scratch, except for the models. ? One thing that I under value a lot is appreciating the new things I’ve learnt or the successes I’ve achieved in a single year. I was scrolling through my 2019 photos on my phone and stumbled on this photo, my Directorial moment for my thesis film in School.... This project has taught me the procedures to preparing a film, working with pre-visualization and working with a crew of 30 people. It’s hard trying not to focus on becoming the most successful person that you can be, we all want to make it.
