Congratulations to my awesome clients Shannon, Gilles and their daughter Josie on purchasing their new home! Shannon and I first met at an open house I was hosting for one of my listings back in the summertime. We connected instantly, started our search together and eventually found this amazing home that was exactly what they needed. We saw lots of houses together, some good, some bad, but I’m a firm believer that if the right house is meant for you then everything... will fall into place. This house had been on the market before with a higher price and didn’t sell. When they put it back up for sale, they had accepted another offer in the first week, but luckily for us that offer didn’t go through. Then the very next day, we walked in the door, they fell in love, we put an offer in that night and the rest is history. I love the way things seem to magically work out and certain things are just meant to be. I’m gonna miss working with these guys, but I’m incredibly happy they found an awesome place to call home!
