Starting the week with DEMO DAY. My favourite day of the week. Remodeling the main floor of this townhouse in south Surrey. Out with the small dated kitchen and carpet. It appears the dishwasher had been leaking for a while due to mold and water damage we discovered after removal. These are some of the surprises you find and demo day. There is also a powder room on the same floor which we are also remodeling.
