This client has been complaining about being very cold above this Cantalever every winter. Also the existing soffit was only secured to the old drywall and not the metal studies so it kept blowing off. More pics to follow.

Vinyl Siding and Stone installation

Another project well under way. The before picture pretty much covers everything there is to say about what not to do. The after picture shows custom drip edge and fascia. Now the wood is sealed in from the shingles to the soffit so the water cannot get in.
