"Humans are capable of incredible adaptability and resilience, something which we can unlock by talking. By sharing our worries with others, we can get a perspe...ctive check. Bell Let’s Talk Day is a good opportunity to remind ourselves to begin a discussion and share how we’re feeling. When things are shareable, they’re manageable." Indigenous peoples have historically fought alongside Canada in major wars, only to protect democracy and freedom that was not returned in kind. This piece will contribute to an archive of research and storytelling of our ancestors who have carried the responsibility of protecting land, water, air, human and non-human life. Since time immemorial, Indigenous nations have not only fought on behalf of colonial societies, but our people fight tirelessly to protect peace and harmony that has been endangered - Spencer Isaac
