Good news from the Ontario government today! Businesses will be allowed to reopen on Tuesday. We need a few days to go through our wait list and make sure everything is in order for use to keep everyone safe. We will begin going through our wait list after the long weekend and will open our salon starting on SATURDAY February 20. Botox typically costs $200-400 for a 30 minute appt and nobody blinks an eye. Lips? $600-$800. 30 min appt. Tattoos? $60-$1000. ... Hairstylist spends 2-5 hours on a guests hair and charges $300 and everyone looses their marbles. Why though? It’s your HAIR. Do you know how much the products cost? The foils? The color? Back bar? Brushes? Then experience and time? And to top it off, chiropractor appts bc it breaks our back literally though. Merry Christmas everyone! This has certainly been a very different and challenging year. The corona pandemic has been frightening, making life and business uncertain. But through the struggles a lot of positive things have emerged. We have been forced to slow down, reminded to check in on those we love, and have found new creative ways to stay connected. I want to give my most heart felt thank you to our clients. I have sincerely felt the love and support from so many of you.... Checking in during the lockdown to see how we are fairing, purchasing products when we could not stay open to help support us financially, booking your appointments in advance, and most importantly giving us your friendship and kindness. You have really showed us that it’s not all about the hair, it’s about community and love. Supporting each other during these difficult times, and remembering that we are all human. I hope you all have the most wonderful Christmas, Hanukkah, or whatever it is you’re doing with your time off. Stay safe and healthy, and here’s to hoping for a f****** break in 2021
