We can not express how grateful we are for everyone who purchased a Chicken BBQ ticket, took the time to come drive thru and making it such an easy transaction. This meal was a huge success! We sold 550 meals, with not one meal to spare, and each meal was made to perfection! With that also being said, we want to say a huge THANK YOU to all our volunteers for taking the time to safely prepare the meals, and taking care of business in the kitchen and all the little details that never go unnoticed! We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did! And last but not least, we look forward to seeing you next year! Please keep your eyes posted here for our next event!

Pick up times: 4pm-5pm, 5pm-6pm & 6pm-7pm. How will it work? You will enter the South Side of the Mildmay Carrick Recreation Complex Arena, drive around the building, and stop at the Kitchen, where we will hand you your meal. There will be volunteers to direct you when you arrive. For those who don't drive or have mobility issues, please know one of our volunteers will be offering delivery services to the Mildmay Carrick area only. Please call to inquire more information. Tomorrow is our famous Chicken BBQ, Drive Thru Style. We ask that you please be patient with our volunteers and follow the signs or volunteers, as this is a whole new experience not only for us, but for you as well! Friday May 22 2020 I am writing to you on behalf of the Mildmay Carrick Agriculture Society to let you know, through great discussion, the difficult decision was made to cancel the 2020 Mildmay Carrick Fall Fair. The Agricultural Society wants to keep our community safe. Considering the current and anticipated COVID-19 restrictions we do not feel we are able to host the Fair in the format that we know and love. Keeping you and your family safe we plan to be back in 20...21 with the Fair you love to attend and participate in. Please keep your eyes on the paper and our Facebook page.
